At Global Alliance Solutions Foundation (GASF), our leadership team’s combined expertise spans nearly 200 hundred years of professional knowledge. This level of wisdom and insight is uniquely qualified to guide and support minority, immigrant, and refugee populations with dignity and grace.
By intentionally selecting the most impactful tools and resources to serve clients, at GASF the offered programming was thoughtfully designed to establish a solid foundation and meet each client’s unique needs.
GASF offers access to crucial tools and resources, provides valuable safe spaces, empowers women, serves families and children. This wide range of programming is uniquely designed to uplift and provide a strong foundation for long-lasting results.
The impactful programs at GASF are developed in collaboration with local partners as well as federal, state, and independent funders, which enables us to meet the diverse needs of evey community we serve.
Our offered programming must meet the criteria of our funders – including enrollment, type of service, communities served and other qualifying criteria.

Joseph Kassab

For more than 45 years, Vice President Joseph T. Kassab has been a beacon in the community organizing and founding of several humanitarian agencies and NGO (non-government organizations) serving tens of thousands of the less fortunate and the religiously persecute/oppressed people in their homeland of the Middle East countries.
His work has helped them resettled and be assisted to become more productive legal United State citizens enjoying freedom and better opportunities to achieve prosperous
future for them and their children.
Joseph’s well recognized achievement is accomplished through his relentless, well-tailored and innovative programs through tireless innovative advocacy in the US and the rest of the world.
Joseph holds a master’s degree in medical sciences with more than 30 national publications, a diploma in Political Science and has attended as well as presented many intensive trainings provided by several US government departments, United Nations, European Union and other institutions and Humanitarian NGOs.

Debra Spring
Professional Summary
Debra Spring is an innovative, experienced and trusted leader with a proven track record of enhancing and creating operating opportunities for nonprofit organizations and large projects.
Working with nonprofit organizations, Debra has created systems-based quality and compliance operations including project management, systemized client files, reporting document, major events and grants management.
Debra is a graduate of WSU holding a degree in K-8 and Special Education, attended UCLA school of Management for a special certificate program, and is a lead instructor with Transition To Success® having presented at numerous conferences and training across the United States.
Debra is an advocate for education, particularly for young children, community involvement and community events to support needs including, culture, diversity, literacy and resource building. She truly believes people working together can make a difference for children, families and communities

Barbara Lewis
Professional Summary
Barbara Lewis is highly analytical, organized, and versatile professional offering extensive experience in data management. She has 10+ years of analytical experience with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. She always had a knack for working with numbers, collecting data, and finding trends and patterns. As the data management analyst for GASF, her main responsibility is to ensure all data collected is reported accurately.

Muroj Muhsen
Professional Summary
Muroj holds a master’s degree in public health and a bachelor’s degree in veterinary and surgical medicine. As a refugee, she intimately understands the challenges faced by those new to this country, including issues like anxiety, and depression due to the difficult circumstances of resettlement. This background helps her connect with our GASF clients on a deeper level. Her ultimate goal is to ensure our team delivers valuable support and access to resources for those we serve.

Lima Periera
Professional Summary
Lima has a diverse professional background having worked in both business and nonprofit sectors. Since 2009, he has specialized in programming for grantees of the Administration for Children and Families namely Head Start, Responsible Fatherhood, and the Office of Refugee Resettlement. He is an experienced program administrator with responsibility for managing all aspects of programming and service delivery. As a consultant, he has provided training and technical assistance to help organizations achieve continuous quality improvement goals.
